When would I be paid?

• You would invoice us at the end of the pay cycle. Pay will be processed on the 1st and 15th of every month.

How much would I make?

• By default, you’d be paid 30-50% per project you’re assigned.

How could I make more?

The more skills you learn the more you would make. I.e.:

• Videography - (takes 30-45mins to capture)

• Drone - (takes 5-10mins to capture)

• Floorplan - $15 (takes 5 mins to capture)

• Headshots - 15min (in-studio) 30mins (on location)

• Acquire a New Agent for Listing Photos - 75% of their first project

• Acquire New Agent for Branding Session - $300

What should I wear on a listing day?

• The Independent Contractor will dress in casual attire and will appear neat and clean. Casual attire includes Polo/Collared shirt/Business T-shirt, nice jeans/shorts/dress, with no rips/tears, and sneakers are acceptable.
